- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
- 10+ years of experience as a Pega System Architect.
- Proficient in Pega application development and customization using PRPC.
- Expertise in Pega application and solution architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Pega integration and interfacing with external systems.
- Experience in agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in Finance/Banking industry with knowledge of Securities and Banking products.
