Job summary
The Workflow SME will provide expert Facets application knowledge and workflow support to clients. They will help clients evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment and optimize existing business operations.Responsibilities include providing oversight and strategic thinking skills to ensure comprehensive and efficient solutions are developed without negatively impacting current operating environments. The Workflow SME must have expertise in Facets configuration design, claims processing systems, customer service knowledge, benefits design requirements, data modeling, root cause analysis of issues,
and process improvement skills.
This is a senior associate level position located in the United States requiring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
