    Monday - Friday 7:45 AM- 6:15 PM, and Saturdays 8:45 AM-1:15 PM

    Key Accountabilities:
    Deliver outstandingservice to our customers to meet established goals:


    Use aconsultative sales approach to discover and escalate referralopportunities to the appropriate Relationship Banker or Specialistpartner to fulfill customers stated and unstated needs.

    Discover andescalate referral opportunities to the appropriate Specialist partner andensuring timely follow up.

    Ensurecustomers are introduced to appropriate team members to ensure seamlessrelationship management and to leverage specialists' knowledge andexperience for additional opportunities.

    Maintaingood working knowledge of the bank's full scope of products and servicesto ensure ability to make appropriate recommendations and referrals.

    Communicateclearly in a professional manner with the ability to conduct business ina confidential manner.


    Meet orexceed operational standards:


    Performcustomer maintenance, order debit cards, process change of addressrequests, order checks and other customer requests as deemed necessaryand keeping with established procedures to ensure timely servicedelivery.

    Process avariety of customer transactions, which may include cash handling byhand, via cash recyclers, ATMs and/or Automated Banking Machines.
    Identifyfraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the bank following BSApolicies.
    Ensurecustomer transactions are processed in keeping with all compliance,regulatory and procedural requirements.
    Adhere toestablished safety and security protocols.
    Adhere toestablished cash handling and check cashing procedures.
    Handlemultiple tasks within a fast-paced team environment and prioritizingwork.

    Performsother duties as assigned by Financial Center Manager.

    Work Experience Requirements:
    6 months' customer service experience,preferably in the financial services industry, with emphasis in sales andservice.
    Demonstrated Sales & Service experiencethat includes proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals.
    Experience in the use of personal computers,Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.


    Education Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Some college level course work is desirable.
    Bachelor's degree preferred.


    Other Qualifications:


    Meet and maintain financial responsibility, character and general fitness standards along with all other established requirements for an individual Loan Originator in accordance with Regulation Z.

    Completion and successful passing of pre-employment testing.


    Other Requirements:
    Work involves sitting, extended periods of standing, occasional walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.
    Requires close visual acuity.
    Occasional travel within a geographic area may be required.
