    Are you passionate about technology and thrive in fast-paced environments? We're seeking a talented individual to join our trading floor team as a Support Specialist.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist our trading desk with application and hardware support, ensuring optimal performance in our high-stakes trading and sales environment.

    As a Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our team, gaining superior knowledge of our Business Line applications and providing in-depth support to our trading and sales teams.

    You'll also have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, including IPC Turrets, Cisco phones, and mobile devices, while collaborating with our remote technology teams and external vendors.

    responsibilities:

    • Act as primary liaison between trading floor, technical groups and vendors.
    • Facilitate the tracking, escalation, and resolution of production issues.
    • Provide hardware, software and telephone equipment support.
    • Monitor system health.
    • Candidate will escalate incidents to developers, server and network engineers when needed.
    • Deploying, configuring and tuning Windows workstations.
    • Conduct trading desk moves.
    • This position requires flexible hours when needed.
