Join our team and provide personalized in-home nursing care where your skills truly matter.
SHIFT: Open Flexible 1 day in the week & Saturdays 2-7p
GTUBE, FEMALE, NON-VERBAL NEEDS CARE
What You'll Do
- Deliver hands-on nursing care in the patient's home
- Monitor vitals, manage medications, and follow the care plan
- Provide comfort, safety, and support to the patient and family
- Document care accurately and promptly
What You Need
- Active LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- Tracheostomy and Ventilator certification
- Compassion, professionalism, reliability
- Home health or shift care experience a plus
