    Widefield School District Needs You Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a positive impact on students in a Pre-K to 12th grade setting?

    Widefield School District (WSD3) is seeking a dedicated and qualified SLP to join our team This is a full-time (NS? - Not Specified Yet start date) position with an end date of May 23, 2025.

    In this rewarding role, you will:

    • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students across all grade levels (Pre-K - 12th grade).
    • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to address a variety of communication needs.
    • Provide effective speech and language therapy services using evidence-based practices.
    • Collaborate with teachers, general education staff, and parents to promote communication development across environments.
    • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and document outcomes to measure effectiveness.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to reach their full potential.

    We are looking for an SLP who:

    • Holds a valid Colorado state SLP license and certifications.
    • Possesses a strong understanding of child development, speech and language disorders, and various treatment approaches.
    • Demonstrates excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Has the ability to manage a caseload of 40-60 students effectively.
    • Maintains a positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to student success.
