    • Maintain and repair trailer equipment efficiently
    • Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to determine trailer condition
    • Specialize in air brake repair
    • Handle system repairs including air and hydraulic systems, tires, suspension, and electrical components
    • Perform routine maintenance and mandatory safety inspections in compliance with DOT regulations

    Requirements for Trailer Mechanic/Technician:

    • Certification from a diesel mechanic trade school or at least 3 years of experience as a trailer mechanic
    • Proficiency in air brake systems
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English with basic math skills
    • Familiarity with hydraulics and ownership of a set of tools
    • Physical capability to lift items up to 75 pounds regularly
    • Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and ability to pass a drug screening
