- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the organization's goals and mission.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Create engaging content, such as blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and social media updates.
- Create the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and video scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fundraising, program, and operations, to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Assist in the coordination of events and promotional activities to raise awareness and engage supporters.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in non-profit marketing.
- Familiarity with non-profit marketing and development is a must
- Professional on-screen and off, demonstrating appropriate office and apparel when representing yourself or client on calls/video conferences with stakeholders, vendors, media or internal client team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding consistency.
- Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in social media.

Description
C2 client, a non-profit cornerstone of comprehensive social services in the Milwaukee area since 1867, serving both the Jewish and general communities. They seek a skilled and motivated part-time contract Marketing Communications pro to join their team. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing their online presence to support an upcoming event scheduled for mid-May.
Start date: ASAP, but no Later than May 1st
Duration: Part-time project-based contract with possible extension, approximately 5-10 hours per week
Location: Remote
Compensation: $35-$40/hour paid bi-weekly as W2 employee of C2
