Assistant Store Manager FT-AUS

At Lids, our Assistant Store Managers are dedicated to fueling passion for sports and fashion merchandise by meeting customer needs and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, ability to lift up to 20kg, work unsupervised, and adhere to company policies.
Key responsibilities include generating sales results while minimizing loss; controlling expenses; managing associates; maintaining visual guidelines including merchandising signage store cleanliness professional appearance consistent with Company Dress Code Policy;
Protecting company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies opening closing stores as required following procedures per Operations P&P Manual
Assisting in preparation of store work schedules accurate product counts proper documentation record keeping per state federal laws Managingscheduling staffing directing progressive steps discipline verbal written warning facilitating recruiting training personnel performing tasks assigned ad other duties as needed Working varying shifts weekends holidays may require flexibility
