Job summary
Leads adult and junior instructional classes and clinics for customers of the MSU Indoor Tennis Facility; assists customers with tennis equipment needs and fits customers for proper tennis equipment;
works with external vendors to ensure customer equipment specifications are met and assists in the repair of equipment in order to maximize customer satisfaction;
proactively markets the MSU Indoor Tennis Facility and class offerings to increase facility revenues;
