Job Description:

1. Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques to document the process flows.
2. Document user stories, functional and other requirements.
3. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Technology and Business teams.
4. Proficiency in agile methodology and tools like - RALLY and JIRA
5. Ability to create test cases and perform UAT for software products.
6. Proficient with MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint for creating work products for Sr. Management.
7. Proven track record with consumer-facing, back end products.
8. Experience of delivering business results and influencing decisions.
9. An ability to deal with a fast pace and changing needs.
10. Hands on Experience on Martech, Data Products ex: Adobe, Salesforce, Google Cloud etc. is nice to have.
