- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and execution of project activities.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support throughout all phases of the construction process, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities.
- Construction Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project-related documents.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards. Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Cost Control: Assist in monitoring project budgets, costs, and expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions to maximize project profitability.
- Schedule Management: Support the development and maintenance of project schedules. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or obstacles, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and hazards associated with construction activities. Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.
- Subcontractor Management: Assist in the procurement and management of subcontractors. Monitor subcontractor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the construction process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance job skills and knowledge.
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to various software programs quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to comfortably interact with management, fellow employees, third parties, etc. in a positive manner
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to adhere to deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
