This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in manipulating various classified and open-source databases in support of the client's mandate to collect and acquire Foreign Intelligence
• Collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets
• Identify targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations through the exploitation of classified and open-source databases
• Evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, drive operations through written products and briefings, and empower core collectors by producing detailed targeting packages
• Review operational traffic for intelligence leads
• Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client's objectives
• Engage operational components within the customer organization to address targeting requirements and develop new leads for operational exploitation

Conduct detailed searches on items of operational interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Minimum of three years of traditional HUMINT targeting/desk support in the Sponsor's space
• Experience identifying valid threat targets across various mission AORs and conducting all-source target analysis using multiple tools and databases; minimum of one year experience with IC targeting tools
• Ability to communicate results of targeting efforts in various message formats, including through the preparation of detailed targeting packages.
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be familiar with the Sponsor's messaging system

Candidates should have a strong record of achievement in the US intelligence community Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting, business, economics or finance (preferred) or demonstrate strong understanding of global finance through experience or knowledge
• Demonstrated experience using customer messaging system
• Minimum of one year of experience working with foreign partners
• Minimum of one year of experience providing training or giving presentations to foreign partners Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer
