    Role and ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with design, R&D, technical design and merchandising to develop and deliver on brand, high quality product that meets business requirements.

    Assess Sourcing Strategy and adjust as needed, clearly articulating long range plans and opportunities to cross functional partners as well as Leadership.

    Clear understanding of divisional goals (quantitative & qualitative) and seasonal strategies.
    Lead meetings with cross functional/global partners to ensure alignment on business process, special projects, KPIs, etc.
    Attend fittings and partner closely with technical design on vendor management, fit tracker, and WIP reports.

    Negotiate costing to achieve and/or exceed cost reduction and initial markup goals; partner closely with planning & merchandising to ensure alignment.

    Communicate with merchandising, planning, and allocation regarding any potential delivery issues, offering solutions and problem solving. Partner closely with vendor base to ensure efficient management of business, from product development to ex-factory. Work on quality and testing to ensure all bulk products meet standards and is classified properly. Onboard and partner with new vendors to ensure all processes, timing, and milestones can be met seasonally. Adaptability in ways of working either through internal agent or external direct suppliers.
    Coordinate and track proto, sales sample, and bulk sample shipments. Partner with manager to develop and track seasonal sampling budgets.
    Drive calendar discipline (adherence and mitigation) where needed.
    Regularly update and maintain seasonal OIL charts and communicate details/changes with cross functional teams.
    Bulk submits reviews and approvals.
    Offer expertise on fabric construction, innovation, and technical aspects.
    Willingness to travel abroad seasonally as needed.
    Manage and develop direct report.

    Experience and QualificationsMust be flexible and have the ability to function in a fast paced environment, with competing priorities and deadlines.

    Flex PLM and Dynamics 365Strong Technical background in Cut and SewProficient in Excel and Microsoft OfficeAbility to collaborate and work as a team, transcending different cultures, geographies & time zones.

    Comprehensive understanding of knitted fabrics, dying, printing, and finishing techniques Self-starter - must drive initiatives and be solution oriented.
    Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
    Please note that this role is 5 days a week in office.

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Club Monaco includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role.

    This accounts for the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

    A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $80,000 per year to $90,000 per year.
