Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, invites applications for the position of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Section of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. This position will be primarily based at the Rush Behavioral Medicines West Campus. 

Qualifications: 

• Physician who has completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship. Experience with younger child populations and/or clinical research experience with such ages Experience and/or interest in working with children and adolescents with substance use disorders (SUD) 
• Experience with younger child populations and/or clinical research experience with such ages
• Experience and/or interest in working with children and adolescents with substance use disorders (SUD)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conducting specialized diagnostic evaluations and psychopharmacological treatment.
• Supervising trainees in clinical settings.
• Serving as core faculty for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship training program.

The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range: $210,000 - $308,000 Total Cash Compensation
