    Position Overview

    As the Medical Affairs/MSL Director, you will be responsible for leading comprehensive medical affairs activities leveraging clinical expertise, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Lead and drive medical affairs with expertise in oncology, utilizing advanced scientific knowledge and exceptional leadership skills

    Opportunity Highlights

    :

    Cross-functional collaboration, working with commercial, regulatory, and R&D teams for aligned strategies
    Understanding of regulatory compliance in medical affairs and clinical research
    Collaborate in fostering external research collaborations, emphasizing clinical study execution
    Strategic planning to develop and implement aligned medical affairs plans
    Participate in stakeholder engagement, including key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups

    Position Requirements

    :

    Advanced Degree Required, Biological Science Discipline
    Minimum of 9 years of clinical research/practice within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
    Exceptional communication skills to convey complex scientific information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
    Proven ability to lead and develop medical science liaison teams, providing mentorship
    Current and deep knowledge of research and treatments within the oncology space
