Two (2) years of professional experience in customer service or transportation/logistics
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Degree in supply chain, transportation, logistics or
related field (preferred)
Type:
Full-time; Contract
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Description:
Handle multiple requests and tasks effortlessly
Document and enter data into Excel
Taking Purchasing orders as needed
Provide excellent service to clients
Maintain relationships and communicate with different departments and clients
Keep organized and calm under pressure
Represent and manage business, carriers, and customer relationships
Position Requirements:
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively influence
