    • FULLY REMOTE – NO BILLABLE HOURS Opportunity for a Mid-Level Attorney at a Boutique Plaintiffs' Side Employment Firm A fully remote plaintiffs' side labor and employment firm is seeking a midlevel litigation attorney to join its growing team.


    This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about employee advocacy and looking to work in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

    Position Overview Experience Level: 3+ years of litigation experience.

    Practice Focus:

    Candidates should have substantial experience in either: Single-plaintiff employment cases (e.g., wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation), or Wage and hour class actions.

    Experience in both areas is ideal, but candidates with a strong background in either will be considered.
