    Overview

    SOSi is seeking an All-Source Intel Analyst to support a Military Information Support Operation (MISO) program. The candidate will provide comprehensive all-source reporting and analysis from in-theater as well as CONUS intelligence databases in support of a MISO program executed in Tampa, FL.

    Essential Job Duties
    • Gathers, analyzes, correlates, or evaluates information from a variety of resources, such as intelligence databases.
    • Coordinates with analysis and assessment efforts to ensure appropriate information environment analysis completion and recommends Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs)/Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs) to support assessment.
    • Prepares comprehensive written reports, presentations, charts based on research, collection, and analysis of intelligence data.
    • Contributes to daily briefs and analytical products, as well as supplementary projects, as required.
    Minimum Requirements
    • Active in scope TS/SCI Clearance.
    • Formal All-Source Analyst (35-D/35-F) or equivalent.
    • Bachelor's Degree in related business or technical discipline.
    • Requires 3+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience OR 9+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
    • Requires thorough understanding of Joint and Service operational and intelligence structures, the elements of the intelligence community, target audience analysis, the Modernized Integrated Database and the targeting cycle.
    • Requires experience collecting and analyzing publicly available information directly, or through the use of tools, and familiarity with common product visualization tools.
    • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's Degree.
    • Experience supporting MISO or related operations.
    Work Environment
    • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Some evening, weekend, or shift work could be required.
    • Some travel may be required.
    • Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on-call status for periods of time in support of mission requirements as needed.
