- College degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance, Business or equivalent preferred.
- Proven record as a successful leader as a General Manager showing positive financial and employee engagement survey results.
- Fullservice hotel and F&B experience required.
- Must have at least 35 years of experience of leading a hotel.
