Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Type: Open-Ended Contract

Location: San Rafael (5 days/week onsite)

Pay Rate Range: $26 - 30/hr

Responsibilities:

• Classify and scan invoices into the accounting system.
• Match invoices to tags and purchase orders.
• Validate invoice details (material, quantity, pricing) against tags/purchase orders.
• Ensure proper coding and cost allocation for invoices.
• Enter and code invoices for month-end closing.
• Approve, process, and handle payments for invoices.
• Handle invoices with discounts and ensure timely processing.
• Research invoices that lack tags or purchase order verification.
• Obtain Project Management approval for invoices when required.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
