    Job DescriptionSummary: This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties including installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production and facility equipmentEssential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following:Other duties may be assigned.
    • Install and maintain production and facility equipment.
    • Perform repairs of production equipment.
    • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders in order to perform required maintenance.
    • Perform regular required maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
    • Understands and communicates the importance of good housekeeping and working in a safe manner.
    Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 2 or more years experience in a maintenance position within a manufacturing environment.Skills: Basic mathematical (Add, subtract, multiply, divide), Basic understanding of geometry, use basic measurement tools (tape measure, caliper micrometer, gauge blocks), understand verbal and written instructions, Ability to read Manufacturing schematics. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit. The employee is regularly required to use hands to feel or handle tools, objects and controls. The employee is occasionally required to lift or move up to 75 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include peripheral vision, close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is rarely exposed to vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loudAdditional Skills/or Abilities:
