General Manager - Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe

P General Manager — Lead the Standard
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 / year
(Based on experience, energy, and leadership demonstrated on the job)
We're The Pickle Team — a people-first, hospitality-driven restaurant group that's raising the bar and growing fast.
With 10 locations across Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Northwest Arkansas — and 3 new openings in the last year — we're looking for driven leaders ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
- Train and develop team members
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
