    We will partner you with a mentor for the first 6-12 months to educate you about our business and the services we offer and train you on the processes and tools you need to be successful. We also provide you with a few active accounts to maintain and expand within while you're also building your own book of business :)

    • Lead your own new business development efforts to expand our client base and nurture existing partnerships

    • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that address client needs effectively
    • Adopt a solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to capitalize on emerging opportunities
    • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and our Applicant Tracking System to their fullest potential
