    Our team oversees all financial reporting and planning activities across various business units within the Corporation and our parent company. As a senior financial analyst within our corporate finance team, you'll support functional support areas, collaborating closely with key business partners on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analytics or reporting. This role is dynamic and highly visible, directly impacting our diverse business operations.

    As our Senior Financial Analyst, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Acting as a key finance partner with senior levels of selected Corporate Functional teams, potentially including Corporate Marketing, Legal, R&D, Finance, IP, Corporate Communications, HR, and others.
    • Demonstrating effectiveness in securing a "seat at the table" and participating in monthly/quarterly business reviews with the Senior Leadership team, utilizing effective presentation skills.
    • Providing financial insights to teams to assess risks and opportunities for achieving financial commitments, including the proactive establishment of insightful analytics, reporting, and operational processes.
    • Collaborating proactively across multifunctional teams to foster prioritization, focus, and global consistency of best practices.
    • Providing financial leadership throughout various financial cycles, including Monthly Close, Quarterly Reviews, Forecast cycles, and addressing ad hoc requests.
    • Working closely with other members of the Global Finance & Accounting teams to ensure alignment and communication of financial impacts resulting from various decisions and initiatives.
    • Leading functional integration efforts and processes for recent acquisitions.
    • Leading and supporting process productivity initiatives for FP&A teams, Business Units, or key clients.

    Preferred Experience and Education

    • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Financial Analysis.
    • High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using BI Tools or ERP systems (Oracle experience is advantageous).
    • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally (up to 10% travel), requiring possession of a valid passport or the ability to obtain one.
