    Job Description:

    Spindle Staffing is currently seeking a School Occupational Therapist to work with a school in San Bernardino, California, for the remainder of the current school year.


    This is a full-time position with an immediate start date and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.


    The selected candidate will join a collaborative team and work directly with approximately 50 students from kindergarten through 12th grade.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

    Provide direct occupational therapy services to students to improve their functional abilities and independence.

    Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and developmental goals.

    Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.

    Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all aspects of service delivery.

    Qualifications:
    Valid California Occupational Therapy license.

    Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a school-based Occupational Therapist.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to effectively manage a caseload of diverse students.

    Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services.
