- Responsible for various accounting and close-related support.
- Ensure accounting files are completed and maintained accurately and consistently.
- Ensure accurate receiving of inventory by matching invoices with purchase orders.
- Reconcile shipping invoices and request credit when necessary.
- Reconciliation of deposits in FNB to payments posted in Noble.
- Communicate with insurance companies and third parties to resolve unreconciled items.
- Collect and reconcile employee expense reports.
- Compile, sort, and scan invoices and checks.
- Assist with processing weekly and bi-weekly check runs.
- Submit regular bank deposits.
- Collect and distribute mail as requested.
- Maintain vendor contact files.
- Process regular insurance refunds.
- Work with adding machines, calculators, databases and bank accounts.
- Assist with researching, tracking, and resolving accounting problems.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Perform other various projects as assigned by the Accounting Coordinator and VP of Finance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety and compliance and report any concerns of non-compliance in any area to your manager immediately.
