We are looking for a Blast and Paint Supervisor to ensure proper and consistent meeting of blast and paint requirements including but not limited to quality and efficiency and responsible for hourly employees equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Coach mentor motivate and lead hourly employees in all blast and paint activities.
  • Ensure safe working habits and safe working conditions by performing training for periodic reviews of all blast and paint department employees their work areas.
