- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop HVAC system designs that meet project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize Revit software to create detailed HVAC models, layouts, and drawings.
- Perform load calculations and energy analysis to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Prepare design documentation including equipment schedules, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Conduct site visits and field surveys to gather information for design and renovation projects.
- Assist in project coordination and communication with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Stay current with industry standards, codes, and best practices related to HVAC design.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Design, or related field a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC design in the MEP consulting industry.
- Proficiency in Revit software is required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
- Experience with load calculation software (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trane TRACE) is a plus.
- Project experience in healthcare, commercial, residential, institutional and/or industrial.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
