    What You'll Work OnThe Head of FP&A will play an important role on our finance team. This role will report to our VP of Finance.

    In this role, you will lead our FP&A organization with a focus on partnering with senior leadership across the business on forecasting and analysis.

    This role will also act as a strategic partner and advisor to the VP Finance.

    The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational and strategic excellence.

    ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the FP&A teamBe a strategic advisor to the VP Finance for key operational and strategic business-wide decisionsGenerate P&L insights for management both top-line and expense related, expand upon areas of opportunity with follow-up analyses and recommendationsAnalyze macro and micro environment trends to understand how those could impact our business/forecastLead and coordinate the budget and reforecast process for the organizationDevelop models and reporting output (dashboards, analyses, white papers, etc) to support critical decision making and guide strategic approach around working capital, capital allocation, and cash flowOversee the preparation of monthly financial reporting, to be shared and discussed with the executive team and department leadsBusiness partner with cross-functional teams to align on and support strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and drive profitable growthYOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCHBachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.

    MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably in investment banking, consulting or venture capital environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and financial modeling skills with the ability to work effectively under pressureGreat management skills - upward, downward, and peer-to-peer.

    Strong communicator who is able to motivate others, and collaborate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
    Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and creatively about open-ended business problemsYoure metrics-driven in your decision-making, always striving to improve existing processes and are naturally curiousYou work best in a highly collaborative environment, and you are less focused on who sent the best idea in, but what the best idea actually was (and why)

    This role has a base annual salary of $170,000-$200,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package.
