    OTR Driver - Home Weekly - $1,900 - $2,100 Per Week

    TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support 
    OTR operations based in Obetz, OH.

    This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

    CDL A Details

    Schedule:
     Drivers leave out on Sunday or Monday. Average 2,400 to 2,800 miles per week.


    Pay:
    Drivers average $105,000 per year ($1,900 - $2,100 per week)


    Drivers get $0.66 per mile, $30.50 to chain/unchain, $27.55 for each layover, $21 per hour for breakdown or delay. Pays ALL miles.


    Route Type:

     
    OTR, Drivers mainly deliver to OH, IN, IL, TX, & FL but could occasionally go to CT or NJ. Drivers are typically out for 5 to 5.5 days a week.


    Freight / Load Type:
     Hauling Aluminum plates and coils

    Equipment:
    Conestoga Trailer, Automatic 2022 Freightliner sleeper with refrigerators, APU, & Inverter. Forward & driver facing cameras in trucks. Assigned trucks.


    Handling:
    No touch other than strapping and chaining


    CDL A Minimum Requirements:

    License:
     CDL A


    Experience:
     1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience


    Endorsements:
     None

    Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

    Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements


    CDL A Responsibilities:
    Safely operate CDL A equipment on
    OTR routes

    Transport aluminum plates and coils in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

    Perform required handling tasks including strapping and chaining

    Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

    Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

    Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

    Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
