- Deliver technical assistance, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
- Serve as the liaison between the organization and Opentext.
- Perform installations, configurations, and ongoing maintenance for the Captiva Opentext software.
- Tailor and enhance the Captiva Opentext application through code creation or modification.
- Ensure the Captiva Opentext application remains current by implementing patches, updates, and new versions.
- Develop and manage documentation covering setup, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and user guidance for the Captiva Opentext application.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, empowering them to maximize their use of the Captiva Opentext application.
- 2+ years of strong systems, network, and admin experience
- High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's degree preferred
