Our Client, a Wealth Management Firm, is looking for a Paraplanner. This role supports advisors in delivering comprehensive and specialized financial solutions in order to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Job Description and Duties:

• Service existing financial plans
• Maintain Financial Plan records and retention
• Support Ops team with client onboarding, new business, and service outside of financial planning
• Assist in preparing financial plans and investment proposals/reviews
• Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
• Coordinate with clients and other professionals to ensure smooth implementation of financial plans
• Regular communication with clients in person, over the phone, and via email
• Coordinate client meetings and follow-up on action items
• Client records maintenance
• Financial data entry

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in financial planning, finance, or a related filed and 1+ years of experience
• Securities license preferred or can demonstrate experience that would help you get licensed quickly including:
  • SIE, Series 7, Series 66
• Working knowledge in eMoney or other planning software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extremely detail oriented
• Willingness to grow and learn
