Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and organized mental health therapist to join our growing team. We are open to Masters, LICSW, PsyD, PHD applicants.
In this position, you will play a key role in diagnosing and treating our patients, providing them with the best care available.
You will work with a team of physicians to develop treatment plans, provide tools for emotional and physical support for patients, and follow-up on patient improvements and goals.
Therapist Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate patients through observations, tests, surveys, interviews, and other methods
Diagnose patients' psychological, emotional, and/or behavioral issues through analyzing results
Establish timelines, tasks, goals, and medical needs of patients
Develop and carry out treatment plans for patients
Monitor patient progress through regular appointments
Work with families, couples, and individuals to help patients make desired changes
Identify and diagnose emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders in a wide variety of patients
Develop programs to improve patients' lives
Provide patients with emotional tools and methods for recovery
Therapist Requirements and Qualifications
Masters level or PsyD or Doctor of Psychology or Ph.
D. in psychology.
No minimum years of experience required
Participation in further medical education and professional organization memberships are preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Compassionate and sensitive to patients' needs and concerns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
