    Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a BC/BE Cardiac Capable Anesthesiologist for a full-time opportunity at HCA Florida Westside Hospital


    Highlights include:
    Anesthesia Care team consists of 13 Physicians and 7 CRNA's

    2 Weeks on and 1 week Off - Unique schedule

    10 OR's, 2 of which are dedicated cardiac. Offsite includes IR, cath lab, GI, and EP.

    Annual case numbers approximately 6,000 surgeries & 150 open-heart, and 200 structural heart cases.

    Case mix:

    will primarily be performing cardiac cases to include CABG, valves, aortic surgery (open and TEVAR), structural cases including TAVR, MitralCLip, and Watchman.

    Must also be comfortable with neurosurgery, neuro-interventional, thoracic, vascular, orthopedics, general and urologic surgery, plastics, ENT, electrophysiology, and GI.

    Opportunity to do a wide range of blocks for orthopedics, vascular and general surgery cases.

    No Peds, OB or Trauma

    Echo certification is a must

    Anesthesia residency program since 2021.

    HCA Florida Westside Hospital in Plantation, is a 296 bed facility that offers a case load of General, Orthopedic, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, GYN, ENT, Urology, Spine and Intracranial Neurosurgery.

    In addition, there are active programs of anesthesia delivery outside the OR, including the cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology lab, MRI and interventional suite with neuro and interventional vascular procedures.
