- Responsible for providing food & beverage service, in the Sportsbook Lounge, in accordance with established rules of etiquette.
- Takes guest food and drink orders, submits requests to the Sportsbook Bar and Sportsbook Kitchen via a point of sale system, obtains orders and serves guests in a fast, friendly and efficient manner.
- Properly and accurately closes out guest checks, issues checks, processes cash, credit card, and complimentary payments, and settles bank at the end of the shift.
- Ensures drinks are served in a responsible manner and adheres to responsible alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Provides guests with exceptional service while maintaining an atmosphere of fun and excitement.
- Ability to engage guests in conversation regarding relevant sports teams and events.
- Promote positive public relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to satisfy the uniform, grooming and appearance standards.
- Must be able to perform assigned duties wearing the designated uniform in a professional and efficient manner.
- Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior cash handling and experience with a point of sales system, helpful.
