    • About This Opportunity


    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as Account Manager, Skipcart Accounts. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing strategic partnerships, and providing exceptional account management to our key clients. Your expertise will contribute to expanding our market presence and achieving our revenue goals.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
    • Support Skipcart's growth by actively managing and growing a book of business by building and executing your commercial strategy
    • Build processes and standardize best-practices within merchant success and your territory
    • Effectively deliver a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections to gain commitment from your clients
    • Partner closely with Business Development counterparts to identify opportunities within new and existing merchant relationships
    • Align closely with Operation counterparts on new and existing market expansion while managing expectations within your book of business.
    • Track and improve merchant KPIs to understand their success, issues, or opportunities
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape, identifying new growth areas and business development opportunities for both Sales and Account Management.
    EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

    YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 3+ years

    SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
    • At least 3 years of combined experience in business development, sales, and account management, preferably focusing on building ground up.
