    We're on the lookout for a Legal Contracts Specialist to join our team for a long-term, full-time role with our renowned innovative technology client.

    Currently, we're looking for a Legal Contracts Specialist based in the New York / New Jersey area with the following qualifications:

    • Openness to a role at our Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office.
    • Demonstrated experience as a contract specialist, contract administrator, or in a similar position within a legal or corporate setting.
    • Skill in organizing and managing legal files, documents, and databases following established procedures.
    • Experience in offering general administrative support to attorneys and legal teams as required.
    • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
    • Epiq Counsel collaborates with top clients to meet their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in working within an alternative, fixed-term legal services framework.

    Responsibilities with our multinational corporate clients include:

    • Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to aid attorneys in drafting contracts.
    • Preparing legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, contracts, and agreements under attorney supervision.
    • Organizing and managing legal files, documents, and databases according to established procedures.
    • Providing general administrative support to attorneys and legal teams as needed.
