The Outpatient Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples and/or families while maintaining a consistent caseload,delivering evidence-based care and completing documentation accurately and on time in collaboration with a supportive clinical team.

- Clinical consultation supervision or team meetings as required.
Maintain an active caseload of approximately hours per week.
- Conduct assessments bio-psycho-social needs develop individualized treatment plans Facilitateor co-facilitateindividual group sessions teaching DBT principles Provide individual familyand/or couplesoutpatient psychotherapy services using evidencebased modalities Actively seek parent patient feedback regarding programming therapy goals Complete timely compliant clinical documentation Participate inclinical consultation supervisionor team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards licensing requirements company policies
