    For us, it's all in an Honest day's work. Your RoleThe Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing home visit appointments.

    This role will involve communicating with patients, organizing routes for the mobile medical team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

    The coordinator will collaborate with healthcare providers, resolves scheduling issues, and focuses on continuous improvement in service quality and patient satisfaction.

    The Outreach Coordinator will play a vital role within the Honest organization to raise patient awareness of Honest programs and connect those patients to the care they need.


    Primary Functions of the Outreach Coordinator Include:

    Appointment scheduling:
    Coordinate and schedule patient visits, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely appointments

    Patient communication:
    Communicate with patients to gather necessary information, explain visit details, and address any concerns related to the schedule visits

    Route planning:
    Organize and optimize routes for the medical team, considering geographic locaitons, traffic patterns, and other logistical factors to maximize efficiency

    Documentation:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduled appointments, patient informaiton, and any changes or cancellations, utilizaing relevant software or databases

    Resource allocation:
    Collaborate with operational and market leadership to allocate appropriate personnel and resources for each visit based on specific requirements of patients and partners

    Problem resolution:
    Act as a point of contact for any shceduling issues, conflicts, or emergencies, working proactively to resolve problems and ensure a smooth workflow

    Compliance:
    Ensure that all scheduling activities adhere to healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and organizational policities.
    Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

    Must have reliable access to high-speed internet to ensure seamless remote work communication and productivityManaged care experience preferredExperience in telephonic sales or marketing function preferredBilingual in English and Spanish preferredExperience in use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems demonstrating the ability to efficiently organize, track, and manage patient schedules and information.
