    • 339 Beds
    • Open ICU
    • 7-on;7-off scheduling
    • Coverage Model:
    • Day: 8 Physicians and 3 NPPAs (7a-7p)
    • Swing: 1 Physician (Noon-Midnight time may vary depending on patient volume)
    • Night: 2 Physicians (7p-7a); 1 NPPA (7p-7a)
    • HM Physicians respond to Codes and RRTs
    • No procedures required
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Employed position with benefits

    Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto is a 339-bed acute care hospital. They provide a wide range of health care services, including ancillary, cancer, emergency and surgical, heart, neurology, women?s and children?s services, and more. Baptist-DeSoto was the first hospital in DeSoto County to offer open-heart surgery. Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto was designated as a Top Performing Hospital by U.S. News & World Report.
