    Job Title: Sr. Software QA Engineer

    Job Duties:

    Move, Inc. is seeking experienced Sr. Software QA Engineer(s) to work in an Agile team to define detailed QE Automation strategy and implement features. In addition, this position will be responsible for taking complete ownership of all QE deliverables and engage with Product Management, Development teams, and Business stakeholders to bring the release the best quality features. The position will report to the Austin, TX office and there is a work from home benefit available.

    Job responsibilities and duties also include:

  • Implement test automation for functional testing, services testing, end to end testing, and continuous testing for various use cases including Web2.0 and Backend API services.
  • Embrace Agile and cloud technologies such as AWS and Salesforce.
  • Use and enhance a range of automated testing platforms and frameworks that will ultimately reduce defects, improve quality, and enable the delivery of high-quality software faster for the clients.
  • Design and operationalize the quality engineering suite deployed on Amazon Web Services.
  • Develop dashboards for reporting results of automated test runs (current and historical) executed on test frameworks and maintain high efficiency and the pass rate for automated test suites.
  • This position has no direct reports and does not supervise or manage any other personnel.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or any related IT or Engineering field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s).

    Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, knowledge, skill, and experience with the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in Core Java and QE Automation.
  • Testing data-driven applications.
  • SELENIUM Testing with demonstrable automation experience with Page Object Model-based frameworks.
  • CI/CD experience in AWS and related technologies.
  • REST API Testing with demonstrable automation experience with Rest Clients.
  • RDBMS systems (SQL or Oracle).
  • No travel required; WFH benefit available.
