    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Staff Accountant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and procedures, along with proficiency in QuickBooks.

    This individual will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Reporting:


    Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.


    Budget Management:
    Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, providing insights to management on variances and financial performance.

    Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

    Payroll Processing:
    Coordinate payroll activities, including payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    General Ledger Maintenance:
    Maintain the general ledger, reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.

    Financial Analysis:
    Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

    Audit Support:
    Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.

    Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and support to assist in achieving business objectives.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles, with demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks or QBO.
    Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
    Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
    Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Experience in the graphic design or creative industry is a plus.
