    This firm is an exciting company and is looking for someone that can help manage some of their multifamily biggest projects.

    Our client is a growing general contractor in the Pacific Northwest with a massive portfolio of projects specializing in multifamily builds.

    They do a mix of multifamily, mixed use, affordable housing, and senior living.

    This company is looking for individuals that are passionate about the projects they work on as well as looking for hard working individuals that can problem solve all different situations.

    This general contractor offers a wide range of construction planning and management service and they are committed to understanding their client's needs, as well as their employees needs to be successful.

    Provide leadership and direction on multi-family projects
    Monitor construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
    Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasks
    Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planning
    Manage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expenses
    Perform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown and Monthly Reports
    Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments
    Train and develop the Project team and schedule project resources

    4+ years of experience as a Project manager with in the multifamily, mixed use, affordable housing, or senior living.

    ~ Has finished 3 multifamily projects
    ~ Able to lead projects from pre-construction to finish
    ~ Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical
    ~ Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
    ~ Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.

    Full support needed to grow & enhance project management skills
    Projects based across the Portland metro area, as high up as VA and as low as Salem
