    Responsibilities
    • As an agent representative focus will be on Medicare Plans that meets their needs and assisting them with the enrollment process.
    • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
    • Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for participation in Medicare
    • Conduct and participate in telemarketing/outreach efforts as required
    • Meet or exceed monthly production goals as set by management
    • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and special events

    Requirements
    • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
    • Texas Life & Health Insurance license will be required.
    • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
    • Confident individual who works well independently.
    • Must be highly self-motivated.
    • Professional phone etiquette.
    • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Be willing and able to handle customer rejection
    • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
    • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
