- Five+ years of experience leading and scaling a high growth start-up, preferably a company with private equity and/or venture funding and 25+ employees.
- Bachelor's Degree (master's degree preferred).
- Profit & Loss responsibilities at General Manager or equivalent senior level.
- Proven track record of introducing and building successful product offerings and establishing high performing teams from the ground up.
- Ability to build trust, confidence, consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
- Experience with corporate governance.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills with ability to present controversial or complex topics to senior management, public groups, and/or Board members.
- Enjoy working in a challenging but rewarding, collaborative environment.

Job DescriptionDescription:Phoenix, LLC is immediately seeking a General Manager (GM) who will lead a team that is poised to become the world leader in commercial neutron imaging. The leader will strategically position the company to emerge from its initial commercialization stages and scale into an expansion phase. In particular, the General Manager will simultaneously grow revenue and provide operational leadership by leading an existing facility in Wisconsin and help expand operations where required.
