Role Overview:

As a Packaging Project Manager, you will lead the production and execution of artwork, ensuring brand consistency and collaborating across functions.

You'll manage project timelines, budgets, and foster relationships with internal and external partners.


Type:
Contract, 12 months+

Hours per week: 40 hours

Location:
Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid (1 day/wk onsite)


Day in the Life:
Lead production of artwork and design adaptation for various projects.
Ensure artwork consistency and accuracy within brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, legal, and external agencies.
Manage project estimates, budgets, and timelines.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.


Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 4 years of packaging graphics experience OR High School Diploma with 6 years experience in packaging graphics.

Experience managing projects within design, art production, or graphic arts related field.
In-depth knowledge of packaging design and print production.
Knowledge of FDA regulations, uniform packaging laws, and healthcare packaging industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptability to various systems/tools.
