- Partner with other Site Leaders, Business Unit, Business Segment and Central Functions to ensure both Regal Rexnord's and Customer's Success.
- Provide experienced and effective leadership, coaching and mentorship for the organization.
- Lead talent management system with MSP Leadership team for the business unit, driving organizational effectiveness, proper structure and employee development aligned with achieving business objectives.

- Set a clear vision for the site with a supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) Roadmap to achieve the intended future state.
- Lead the development, organizational alignment and achievement of long-term value stream/operational improvement priorities (Policy Deployment).

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
- Track record with delivering above market growth via full strategic planning and execution cycle.
- Proven managerial experience, and knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)

- 3 or more years leading a multi-functional organization with full P&L responsibility.

SCOPE OF LEADERSHIP ROLE
Our business is actively seeking a dynamic, visionary General Manager (GM) to lead the company's initiatives and operations. As an industry leader in supplying power blocks, terminal blocks, and fuse holders in North America, we are committed to growth. The General Manager will provide strategic vision, execute growth plans, manage annual P&L objectives, drive innovation, and foster talent development.
