    Job Title: Retail Store Operations Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to lead our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the activities of the team, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of retail sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
    • Scheduling: Adjust daily schedules for shift personnel to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
    • Training and Development: Train and evaluate employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track monthly results and trends to inform business forecasting and strategic decision-making.
    • Customer Service: Resolve escalated customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields is essential.
    • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Rainbow Stores offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
