    **REMOTE Position**

    The chosen candidate will drive execution of medium to large projects using modern project management methodologies to ensure that IT and business commitments are delivered on time, within scope, to budget, and to the required quality standards. They will proactively work with the project team and stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered in a manner that achieves business/contractual obligations and solidify client/key stakeholder satisfaction and needs.

    What you will contribute:

    • Delivers projects on schedule and within budget as specified by project plans.
    • Ability to forecast resource hours for duration of projects with accuracy.
    • Ensures the use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Defines a change and communication plan suitable to the project size and importance.
    • Ensures that the project scope is clearly defined and documented at the onset of the project.
    • Manages scope changes and change requests and escalates internally and externally as needed to manage impacts on costs, schedules, and deliverables.
    • Anticipates and communicates the impact of project decisions and actions on client commitments / expectations.
    • Creates and monitors risk logs and actively mitigates all risks from planning through execution.
    • Demonstrates project control through disciplined measurement, assessment, planning, and reporting.
    • Fosters an inclusive environment and establishes trust, accountability, open communication, and creative thinking with the project team and key influencers/stakeholders. Continually demonstrates a growth mindset, acquiring new skills whilst maintaining your development and adaptability.
    • Establishes trusted relationships with the project team, key influencers/stakeholders, and executive leadership.
    • Consistently completes project status and reporting, both written and via meetings, as appropriate.
    • Builds relationships across organizational functions (internal and external, as required by the project) at various levels including but not limited to decision makers.
    • Motivates the team to drive toward success and find ways to overcome difficulties.
    • Shares and encourages others to share and use the lessons learned from project.
    • Identifies, suggests, and implements improvements to processes.

    • Strong organization and time management skills.
    • Great analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

    • Experience working with both IT and business teams to implement technical applications that solve real-time business challenges.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with team and stakeholders.
    • Must be self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
    • Good negotiation skills with the ability to facilitate discussion, identify alternative approaches, and resolve conflicts.
    • Ability to identify and remove impediments, as well as prevent distractions for the team.
    • Ability to view a problem from a business user perspective.
    • Strong conviction in the role of project management and willingness to take on challenges.
    • Experience implementing ERP, Salesforce, financial, and/or business productivity applications from planning stages through development, data migration, testing, and user acceptance.
    • MS Office Suite skills are required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
    • Use of project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or other
    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Technical / Business Experience

    7+ Years Relevant Work experience
    • PMP, PgMP or Agile certification such as SAFe or Certified Scrum Master preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience (Required)
    • 7+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Principal level or equivalent experience (Preferred)
    • PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification (Preferred)
    • Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or SAFe (Preferred)
    • Up to 10% travel may be required.
